What does DVSA expect from fleet operators?
The Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) requires all commercial fleet operators to maintain roadworthy vehicles at all times. For O-licence holders, this means keeping detailed records of daily walkaround checks, defect reporting and resolution, scheduled maintenance, and MOT compliance for every vehicle in the fleet.
